Enjoyable breakfast, easygoing staff, spacious beds. We stayed in the twin room and loved it. Optimal location in the pedestrian area. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was unforgettable! Had tropical drinks in the Irish bar in the evening.
It was a nice experience, good value. Breakfast was nice, the bed was very comfy, the staff were eager to help. Outstanding view of castle. The hotel was well run family and the authentic restaurant was bright.
The place was very unique, nothing too much trouble, would recommend. Had romantic 1 day here thanks to its outstanding location and staff. The bar area was tiny, I loved it.
Countryside place, I loved responsive personnel.
Very central location, excellent service and great breakfast choices. The rooms were en suite and en suite.
Extremely helpful people, fine breakfast and super buper location for us. Our room was well kept and exceptionally clean. You could walk to shops and a market...
Accommodation was big size and top-notch, beds were very spacious. We loved the deluxe room as it was relaxing. Easy check in and in general very good service. A luxury stay and great value for money.
Approachable staff, top location and delicious breakfast. Staff was willing to help with directions etc. We liked the convenient decor. It was across the shopping area. Very nicely decorated hotel, 20 km from Glasgow airport.
Spent here 1 enjoyable day and will be back. Brilliant staff, clean hotel, consistently good breakfast. Our double room had iron/ironing board, fridge and double glazed windows. Beds were lovely, the bathroom was quite large. Interesting design, perfect service in the entire property.
Loved staff and cleanliness. Room was great size, I stayed here for 1 night. Such a budget place - within a walking distance of everything. A cool bonus was Geek Retreat, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
So good food, had really nice stay.
Every detail was perfect and I appreciated it.
The place was clean, free use of the proper tea, coffee, and hot chocolate machine is offered and next to central station
Everything was really clean, the location was excellent, right next to the central station
Good central location. Large room. Nice breakfast in a pleasant room. Some attractive period features.
Room looking a bit shabby. No view. Shower a bit pathetic.
Hotel was central for the shops
It's a nice hotel for accommodation which is only 100m to the Glasgow Central Station and staff is helpful and nice.
